ZMA and Protein Shakes


The label on ZMA states to avoid taking it with food or supplements containing calcium. I would think that protein shakes derived from milk (i.e. Metabolic Drive) would fall into this category.

Am I correct in this thinking? If so, would having a Metabolic Drive shake and ZMA together before bed be a bad idea for this reason? If I have the shake, how long should I wait before taking the ZMA? Or should I take the ZMA and then wait to have the shake?



Have your ZMA, give it 15 to 30 minutes to absorb, then have your final shake of the day.
