ZMA and Magnesium in Plazma, Mag-10?

#1

I have a couple questions…

I have been using Plazma and MAG-10 and I also take ZMA before bed, but I am wondering if the ZMA is overkill. I noticed the Plazma and MAG-10 have a good amount of magnesium in them, so I doubt I am deficient. What do you think?

It wouldn’t be overkill. Mag-10 <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/mag-10"target=“new”>Mag-10 just has 3% of RDA and <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma 4%. Even with multiple servings, most hard training people still need extra, plus you get the zinc in ZMA as well. But it probably wouldn’t hurt to use ZMA here and there rather than every night to stretch a bottle further.

I noticed that Elitepro minerals also has Zinc and magnesium in them, would it be overkill to be using Elitepro and ZMA?

There’s no need to combine the two. <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/elitepro-minerals"target=“new”>Elitepro Minerals basically contains ZMA, plus additional items.
