Hey guys i have gradually worked myself up to 9.25 scoops of Plazma intra workout. Thats 350 grams carbs and 138gm protein. I was just wondering how your guys dosing schedule is for Plazma?
Wow. Two to three servings for me, depending on the type and duration of workout.
Did you notice a marked benefit? I know our pro bodybuilders are using shocking amounts, but mere mortals can typically use 2-3 servings (1 of those preloaded of course.)
