The girlfriend and I have started trying a few of your creations and found it really is helping cut the weight down. Got a question though we just made the avocado cheesecake (it was delicious to lots of compliments) We used Xylitol though instead of splenda and cut the amount in half. Whats your thoughts on Xylitol? would you say its a good substitute for splenda? The girlfriend didn’t like splenda for her morning coffee but finds Xylitol is almost like sugar so I am curious to hear your thoughts

As I recall it’s nor calorie free, so be careful there. And using a lot can lead to “the runs.” Okay in small amounts. I prefer Splenda for recipes.
