I am still growing so i believe that things like MAG-10 are off limits.

What schedule do you recommend for carb and protein supps post and pre?

There’s nothing in MAG-10 that’s bad for a teen. It’s just a protein/amino drink, basically.

That said, teens need to first concentrate on good training and good solid food choices. Ditch the obvious junk and replace with healthy foods.

An easy and inexpensive peri-workout supplement could be something like a good whey protein, like Grow! from Biotest. Creatine is also fine for a teen at 5g per day, after training.
