Working Night Shifts on V-Diet?

I work Nights, Is it gonna ruin my diet? i am about to start my diet on monday but i am scared that me working nights gonna ruin my diet, please help on the best approach to this diet while working nights

Monday - 22 - 7am
Tuesday 22 - 7am
Wednesday 22 - 7am
Thursday off
Friday off
Sat 6am - 2pm
Sunday 6am - 2pm

I am trying to get my shifts changed all to night times, so its easier. atm i work out tuesday morining, after finishing the night shift, then wednesday morning, friday night and saturday night

Please give me advice on how i can incorporate v diet into my work

bring powder in ziplock bags to work. have a blender at work. take your shakes while at work.
