Women's Results Different Than Men's?

Hi Chris,

From looking at V-Diet related forums, it seems that women tend to lose overall less % fat on the V-Diet compared to men. Is this correct?

Do you have anecdotal examples of women who lost equivalent fat as men while on this diet and training program?

Do women need more carbs in their diets for hormonal regulation for long term maintenance of their body fat?

Women tend to lose body fat a bit slower than men on ANY diet.

Everyone is different when it comes to carb intake. And while women do very poorly on some diet plans (like fasting) compared to men, males and females are pretty close with carb intake, all other things being equal (health, nutrient partitioning, activity level etc).
