Currently thinking about starting the V-Diet. Want to do this to test my will power and see what results might be present. However, not sure if the diet will work well for me or not. Starting measurements:
Weight: 185 to 190
Body Fat: ~7.8
Love to eat healthy but am very intrigued by the V-Diet. Again, would this benefit me or will the results be minimal and the challenge be too intense?
