My wife and I are about to begin the V-Diet. She is worried about the alorie intake.she started eating cleaner and has been losing weight the past couple weeks at 1200-1400 cal and around 120 carbs a day. Her diet plan calls for a few hundred more cal. Will this change her results?
No. It’s possible she was going too low, which will cause weight loss but also muscle loss and metabolism issues. The V-Diet is low is calories but not so low to cause these issues (if followed correctly with the right supplements). She may adjust down by one scoop of Metabolic Drive per day if she wishes though, which will lower the daily total by about 100 cals.
