My wife and I are starting the V-Diet today. Going to try to do a log here daily to keep up with progress

Day three down. Going pretty good. We are enjoying doing this together. I am looking forward to the workout in the morning. I love me some dead lifts. I an see how you just turn into a machine doing this. Don’t think just drink. Ignore everyone else and focus on your goals.

Does anyone else have trouble sleeping on this diet. I am almost at 30hrs. without sleeping and actually feel pretty good. I could not sleep last night so I went to the gym around 11. Had a great workout as I watched a fat dude walk around in the gym talking on his cell phone. Made me work even harder. I will not be that guy. I just feel that I have more energy than I have had in years.

Day 8
V-burn challenge @ 19:53

Tougher than I thought it would be. It reminded me of summer football practice. Ready to get back in the gym in the morning. So far I am down 6 lbs.

Going to get a NEPA in tonight. I drag my 5 year old and 2 year old daughter in a wagon around my hilly ass neighborhood. They have fun and it gives me some additional work. Makes it fun for us all.

Feeling good today. I feel like I am getting good results with the v-diet. It is becoming fairly routine.
