Why the Hell Not

Well I just ordered my V-Diet stuff, and looking to start it this week :slight_smile: I’ll upload photos and post stats when the day before I start.

Alright tomorrow is day one, time to take the plunge :slight_smile:

I think those are all right, that’s if I measured in the right spots (which I think I did).

I’ll work on getting pics tomorrow as of right now I can’t get them.

Well day one is over, god damn I hate the shakes, but I’ve gotten to the point where I can chug them and not want to throw up lol. I’m tempted to just use IV amino acids (yes I’m kidding). I missed my last shake of the night, I need to work on timing my shakes better.

I did my NEPA walk after I played some disc golf with a few of my friends.

For my workout I need to up the weight (I guess I should of taken a day or two to figure out my limit). TBH my numbers aren’t even worth reporting.
