Which Would Be More Beneficial?

As a student on a pretty tight budget, I’m trying to get the most bang for my buck out of Biotest’s supplements. Just curious what you guys think would be a more beneficial peri-workout protocol: 1 serving of Plazma (yes just one scoop) starting a bit before and finishing during the workout and 1 serving of MAG-10 postworkout OR 2 servings of Plazma pre and during workout and just some sort of whey postworkout.

1500ml of water with two scoops of Plazma. Pre load as per directions and consume 1000ml of mixture during training, then one hr later have a post workout meal.
