Hello, I want to build muscle and am following primal, most do not mind leaving primal to build muscle, which most best food? avoid gluten?
Nutrient dense foods.
Grass fed steak, avocados, nut butters, rice, potatoes, nuts, coconut oil, olive oil, wild salmon, etc
Eat primal but add wheat-free carbs like rice, potato, buckwheat etc. You will not build a lot of muscle without adequate carbs. Also, use peri-workout nutrition like Anaconda and MAG-10.
