Which Bodybuilding Program after V-diet?

I am really interested in bodybuilding to a good level, but which program shoud i go on after the V diet, I want to be toned and bodybuild, rather than flabby and get big?

Any suggestions.

I am a bit worried once i start bodybuilding i would need to eat a bit more, would i not put the fat back on?
