my usual routine has been, end workout at lets say 910,
then. at 950 im having a shake. and at 1010 MAG-10.
can i, or should i, take the Mag-10 with the protein shake?
if not, is it better to take the Mag-10 first? yada yada
i am fine with what ive been doing.
