Hi all, I’ve just one simple question, what to do after a velocity diet ?
As calories are low/very low, do we need to take a break from weightlifting ? Like 1,2, or maybe 4 weeks, with a gradual increase of calories : example : After the 4 weeks velocity diet, 1 week 1.8k cal, then 2k the second week, etc. ?
Or maybe, depend on persons, we continue " as normal " directly the day after we have decided to stop this diet, with the same amount of calories consumed before the diet ?
Finally, how many time do you recommend bewtween two tries of velocity diet ? (one try = around 4 to 6 weeks).
I see many people taking about " transition " after the diet period… But what kind ???
