What to Do After the 28 Days?

I know this has already been answered probably, but here it goes anyways. I have not seen anywhere what exactly to do AFTER the Velocity “diet”. I’m really interested in starting this plan, but would like to know what to do after since you obviously can’t do this forever. What changes come with the workouts, cardio, and diet??? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
