I get that question alot, so I have decided I will post what I eat and why I eat it.
Aim: to eat healthy, stay lean, promote muscle growth, inhibit inflammation and disease.
Philosophy: lots of protein, healthy fats, nutrients from fruits and vegetables. Everything I eat has a purpose.
