What Other Supps Should be Taken w/ Indigo-3G?

I apologize for this question because I know there are some articles out there giving this information. However for some reason I have been unable to use the search feature to find them. So What should my pre-workout workout and post workout supplements consist of while using Indigo-3G

Plazma.

Take your Indigo 30-45 minutes prior to working out. Take a dose of Plazma 15 minutes before workout and 1-3 additional doses while working out.

The rest depends on budget and goal.

But really, you can’t go wrong with Plazma.

Agreed! Plazma takes care of everything you need, if you’re on Indigo as well, even better. If you’re able to get a Finibar and/or MAG-10 it’s certainly helpful, but if you had to pick one for budget reasons, go with Plazma. Start sipping 15 min before you session and make it last all the way through. Then, have a good meal 45-60 min later, you’ll be set.

If you are able to add more, I’d recommend checking out Micro-PA!

Thanks everyone. I’m currently taking Indigo and I’m about half way through my second bottle. I have seen good results so I would like to add in the additional supplements to see how much more I can accomplish.
