Burger with guac I made fresh at work
PWO meal, not everything I eat/make is super fancy, in fact last week I ate the same meal 12 times. Chicken + almonds and then rice at the meals I get carbs.
Egg scramble with toast and jelly.
I call this the turkey breakfast sausage sandwhich.
Mustard, Sriracha and egg whites ( they didn’t make it into the sandwich before I ate them )
Fridge packed for 2 guys for the week. Be jealous of our 7 mustard types.
Coffee is life.
Sometimes I get pizza…
I feel like this after I eat said pizza ( this is my nephew )
Another prepping previously.
I would eat that all. Looks awesome. How did you learn to cook all of it? How much time does it take? I think you are the best in cooking meat.

Generally on Sundays I food prep, it takes me about 2 hours to cook all my food for the week.
I cooked for my family in Middle/High school and had a job as a short order cook at a grill in town for a few years. Learned a lot about mass food prep there when we had events ( golf tournaments, etc ).
The rest I just kind of experiment a lot. I try to get 2-3 non tupperware meals a week in me. I prefer a fresh made breakfast daily but that doesn’t always happen.
Where’s the food from the last three months??
Since I mostly do food prep there’s nothing interesting to post really. I’ll see what I can dig up.
