What Carbs While Training?


Im looking to add carbs during my workouts, what do you recommend? Ive been looking at Maltodextrin, Dextrose and Waxy Maize Starch.

Pre workout at around 5.30 i consume oats as my carb source, start to train at around 6. This usualy takes an hour and abit to complete, have a protein shake as soon as i finish. Then half hour later a small baked potato for my post workout carbs.
