What about a Fiber Supplement?

I am going to begin the Velocity diet and workout in just over a day, and I am amped up to give it a go. At the moment I think I have just one question. It is probably a silly question, in a way, but I want to do the best I can.

I believe there isn’t a lot of fiber in the supplements. And while there will be some fiber in the vegetables in the HSMs, it won’t add up to all that much. Is it okay to drink a fiber supplement (40-50 calories) each day? (I would count those calories toward HSM calories.) And if I can (or should) take it, when should I take it - with, for instance, a Metabolic Drive, or on its own in between protein shakes? Or should I ditch the fiber during the Velocity diet and training? (I normally take the supplement once a night, just for health.)

Like I said, I just want to do the best I can. I want to rock this.
