slowly been reading the forum here and psyching myself up to do the V-Diet
I’m 36 years old, 5’6, 175lbs, about 16% body fat - I’d like to get down to 10% BF, so lose about 15 lbs of fat…is this realistic?
In Feb I was 209 lbs, and have since lost 4 inches off my waist and 30+ lbs, but I’ve been stuck in the 176-178 range for like 2 months now and would like to kick the rest getting to about 160 without losing muscle mass
I lift and eat healthy (obv)
So what do I need besides the Metabolic Drive mixes, Flameout and HOT-ROX?
- Milled flax seed
- Fiber pills
- organic peanut butter
- portable blender (where do I get one?)
Man I love eating, but would really be happy if I could drop 15lbs of body fat, I know I can do 28 days if I put my mind to it
I’m almost there, another week and I’ll have psyched myself up to do it.
