Weighted Dips for Chest


You mentioned in one of your recent articles that you like weighted dips best for chest. And based off your video you have the person extend their legs and lean forward to emphasize the chest.

However, when you use a dipping belt with weight it makes it impossible to extend legs straight and get lean forward because the weight is angled straight down. I’m sure weighted chains around the neck would solve this, but I have none. Any advice?
