Weight Ranges

Sorry to open another topic with this question but I didn’t find any topic releated…

Here’s my shot…

As you know the program on the weight plan is seperated by sort of ranges… Depending on how’s your weight… you’re in some of those ranges.

What If in the middle of the program you down so many that you actually past to another range below yours, should change your caloric intake according to that new range or keep the intake with you began already?


No, stick with whatever the plan gives you at the beginning.
