My 4 week phase of the V Diet is done and it is time to throw up some before and after photos. Overall I am pretty happy with my progress, wish it was more though. lol
Starting Weight: 201
Ending Weight: 187.8
Total Weight Loss: 13.2 lbs
Starting Waist: 36 inches
Ending Waist: 33.25 inches… - 2.75 inches
All my lifts have remained the same pretty much so I am happy with that. I would like to continue to lose some more fat and get to that 10% look, but not sure how much more weight loss that will require. I definitely seem more vascular and more definition than I did before.
I am also quicker, faster, and more agile as it was evident during my combat fitness test. I got one of the best maneuver under fire times with 1:41.
