Week 3 Workout Help

So im in week 3 and after 15s of rest i cant finish all my reps with the same weight…what to do?

More sets.

Even if it’s a rep at a time.

no like i couldnt put the weight up one more time after the short rest period and i was on rep 17 out of 20

You may have started out a bit too heavy.

Also, while sticking to the rest period is ideal, if you need another 10 seconds to recoup, I don’t think it would ruin the diet plan. Just do your best and push hard. If you’re pushing hard, to your limit, then the workout will do its job even if the target numbers were missed by a little.

thanks Chris…yea I hate taking weight down EVER! so ill just take an extra 10 if I reach failure half way up on the first rep…and yea I know I started heavy I cant help it
