Curious that after full two weeks on the program I have only lost 6 pounds. Went from 217 to 211 this morning. Funny last Saturday after the first week I was 211. Should I start to add cardio of some kind now??

I’m pretty interested in this thread myself, seeing that I’m not dropping as much weight as I had expected. I’ll find out for sure at my weigh in tomorrow morning.

Maybe, my strength has not gone down I have maintained. I will make measurements too to see if anything else changed.
