Week 2 of the V-Diet


I started the diet about 2 weeks ago yesterday. My starting stats were:

Weight: 200
Body Fat%: 15

2 weeks in I have dropped my weight to 196.8 and my bodyfat to 11.8% while gaining 4 lbs. of muscle onto my frame.

Excited to see the results at the end of week 4!!


My fiance and I have also been on the diet for just over a week - and we’ve lost just over 8lbs in the first week. It makes it easier to keep going for sure!
