Good workout today… looks good. Nice job on the chinups!!

Thanks! I hate the front squats though. I absolutely love slapping on plates for back squats, but front squats kick my ass! I love doing anything back related too!

I finished it off and got down to about 165 lbs. She was unable to finish the diet because she could not keep the shakes down.
