Wedding Coming Up!

My fiancee and I are getting married in June, so we figured we’d do this together in order to get cut up for our wedding. I also play DIII college football, so losing some flub would help in the speed department.

We started the V-Diet last monday. We haven’t been able to take any pictures yet but we might take some tonight. Here were our starting measurements:

Height: 5’8.5

Chest Upper: 38.5"
Chest Lower: 39"
Waist Navel: 36"
Waist Largest: 37"

Height: 5’7"

Waist Largest: 32.5"
Hips Largest: 38.5"

Calf: 15"
Ankle: 9"

We had our first HSM friday night:

Spinach salad with olive oil and red wine vinegar
Half of a sweet potato each
About 8oz of grilled top sirloin each
Half of a head of brocolli each
Strawberries for dessert!

Can’t wait for the meal this week!

Definitely have to look into some of that Davinci Flavored Syrup for her though. I’ve been doing protein shakes for years, but she hasn’t quite aquired the taste for them yet… She’s still doing them without fail though!

Very cool. V-Dieting couples usually do very well since they can keep one another in check… and not eat pizza while the other is dieting!

Keep us posted.

Great HSM. Plus dieting before wedding is a great idea. Keep it up!

My pics exactly one week into the V-Diet: (apologies for not taking any true “before” pics)

I’ll post my first weeks workouts later this week, and i’ll hopefully be more on time with future workout postings. Hey guys…I see you’re posting your workouts now - sweet. My female curiosity wants to know what your fiances workouts look like. Sorry if I’m being nosey, it’s easier for me to understand stuff from a females perspective!

My fiancee actually got pretty sick right before we started the diet, and didn’t recover for a few days so she stopped. Instead she is eating 3-4 healthy High-Protein, high veggie meals a day. She just started up the workouts on wednesday, and i think she did mondays so i’ll ask her what it looked like. She’s never lifted weights before, so i’m really excited to see what she can do when she gets into a routine!
