Water Weight


I notice in V-Diet logs that a lot of people who lose several pounds in the first week or so attribute this to losing “water weight.” If someone on the V-Diet is staying well-hydrated, is that really what’s going on? If so, is it because of the lack of carbs in the diet that otherwise would be hanging on to water in the body? Just curious, because I don’t feel dehydrated and I’m not really peeing more than usual (except at night because of that bedtime shake).


Any low carb diet usually leads to less bloating, water weight, and even muscle glycogen if not using proper peri-workout supplements like Surge.
