This is probably a stupid question, but how much water should I be drinking during the Velocity diet and training? The rundown of the diet says 16 ounces of water with each intake of Metabolic Drive, and 32 ounces with the two servings of Plazma. Is that the water that will be mixed with those supplements, or is that separate water in addition to the water that will be added to the supplements?
I am guessing that those water measurements are the amount of water to be mixed in with the supplements. If that is correct, does that water count toward total water intake in a day (I believe it does, but I’m not sure).
To sum up my laborious question - how much water should I take in and how, each day?
