Was Weight Loss Mostly Bodyfat?

My thing is I want to get from 19% body fat to 12 or 14% body fat. Are most people losing mostly body fat?

I don’t want to lose any lean body mass.

Thanks!

We would NEVER encourage any diet that lead to muscle loss. And remember, half the staff here has been on this diet. We certainly wouldn’t do it if we thought muscle could be lost.

Muscle retention on the V-Diet is supported by:

  1. Several supplements that prevent catabolism (the type of protein in Metabolic Drive, HOT-ROX and its Carbolin-19 component, Surge Recovery to support muscle grown and repair and squash catabolism, and L-Leucine for muscle growth and even more LBM loss prevention.)

  2. The right training program to speed fat loss, support muscle retention and even gain LBM, and avoid catabolism. In other words, the perfect storm of weight training and NEPA style energy systems work designed just for those people on the V-Diet.

Put all this together and your hard-earned muscle is very well protected.
