I have everything (I think) for the V-Diet but am confused on a couple of things.
How much is a serving of flax seed? 2table spoons per serving?
How much peanutbutter is in a serving?
Is Flameout the same as taking fish oil capsules? It says 4 per day…all in one serving or split like the HOT-ROX? Some posts show 6 per day. thoughts?
For flax and PB, just read the labels. For the PB, be sure to weigh it or measure it perfectly with a real tablespoon measure. It’s easy to overdo a serving of PB since it can get a little too “heaping.”
Flameout is fish oil plus CLA, another powerful and healthy dietary fat. The Biotest store on this site has full info. Four capsules per day is standard. You may split them or take them all in one dose. Some people bump that up to six per day if they need a few extra calories to meet their daily caloric goals. That’s fine too.
