I’m six months post op from shoulder surgery and just ordered my supplements. I haven’t trained since I got injured in May. I am cleared to start exercising and plan on using the beginner program. Is it ok to substitute exercises if I find that I have difficulty with any of those that are prescribed? Dr told me to be guided by pain, if it hurts don’t do it. I’m excited to start and get back to training.
You can definitely make subs as needed.
