I’m fairly new to T-Nation and I caught a glimpse of the Velocity Diet on the site. I read through the article and I’m curious where there are some results of the Velocity Diet?
I would like to see some concrete results of this program. Yes I did see the images to the side promoting the program (that dude does a bowflex commercial, I fucking know it), I have googled “Velocity Diet Results” and come across some no-name sites and other crazy antic shit.
No doubt that the program was created by reputable individuals who are experts in their field, but I need to see this.
