I am about to start the Velocity Diet. I workout at home. So I don’t have any machines. I have dumbbells, barbells, chin up bar. Is there a workout plan for free weights only?
There’s not a specific workout plan for those who train at home, but many have made it work. Just choose some related exercises you can do with the equipment you have. The important thing is to stick with the set/rep/rest guidelines in the V-Diet ebook. They are very unique, challenging, and designed just for the goals of the plan.
