I like that Dr Chad Waterbury created the Velocity Diet workout but I prefer his “Waterbury Method” workout instead. Thoughts or pointers anyone?
The Waterbury Method follows some of the same general principles as the V-Diet workouts, obviously since it’s still CW’s work.
The only real thing I’d tweak is, if you’re doing the 3 days of cardio the Waterbury Method recommends, I’d skip the NEPA walks on those days since the “cardio” is covered and to avoid recovery issues.
I’d also keep the V-burn workout and progress on those as recommended. The bodyweight training during a fat loss plan is another good indicator of progress, and it’s a great conditioning workout as-is, so there’s no real reason to drop it.
