Velocity Diet Round 3. Start Date 1/23/17

Giving the V-Diet another go. Late with this, as I started Monday. I lost about 13# on the first 4 week diet round back last January, then lost another 10# on another round in June '16. I intentionally (mostly :)) gained some weight over the last 3 months in an effort to put on some muscle and now weighing 220#. I have been doing 5/3/1 program for 10 rounds and just now resetting the weight maxes, so I’m sticking with this for my weight workouts, but will be doing the daily NEPA walks and the V-Burn Challenge every week. I’ve found the Velocity Diet to be the easiest and most effective diet for me. I plan to check in here weekly to stay on target.

Shoulders: 52 in
Chest: 45 in
Waist (one inch above): 39.5 in
Waist (one inch below): 41 in
Waist (at navel): 40.75 in
Hips: 41 in

Calves: R 16 in; L 16 in
