The Velocity Diet e-book says for men to consume two servings of Plazma each weight training day. It also recommends 3 weight training days per week for 4 weeks. If my math is correct that’s 12 total weight training workout days. But the bottle of Plazma included in the Velocity Diet supplement plan has only 20 servings per container. Don’t I need 24 servings? WTF?
On the easiest lifting day only use one scoop, and no Plazma on the V-Burn day
I bought another bag and followed the plan. When I reduced the serving size I didn’t recover as well. If you reduce the serving size just be cautious about how intensely you’re pursuing your training goals.
