Velocity Diet Log - Starting Day 1 w/ Before Pics

Starting the “Velocity Diet” today, wanted to post my before pics here as motivation. I have lost a lot of fat and put on quite a bit of muscle over the past 4-5 months - I’m now to the point where I’d like to cut to reduce my bodyfat percentage even lower while preserving as much LBM as possible.

Any tips on how to lift/ lifting style while on this diet?
