Competing in my first Figure Show in November. Hit a plateau in getting leaner, then I heard about the V-Diet. Decided to give it a try.
Started on 9/11/12 and I am down 4.4 lbs so far as of this morning on 9/13/12. Things are going good so far for the first two days… Stay tuned.
Took measurements and photos on day one. Will post at two weeks with changes
