I am on my second week of the master cleanse and I am thinking of starting the velocity diet immediately after. I have between 600 and 700 calories a day currently, so I am not too worried about the low calories on velocity. I am actually concerned about eating too many calories and immediately gaining weight.
Also, I can’t seem to navigate this site very well. Is there a link that lists all the stuff I need to purchase? And I can’t find the specific workouts I need to do either. Help…
