Would it be okay to add a teaspoon of vanilla extract plus 1/2 teaspoon each of nutmeg & cinnamon to one of my shakes? I have a suspicion/curiosity that if I add these to my vanilla Metabolic Drive it would taste fairly close to egg nog for a great seasonal flavor to my afternoon shake.
Sugar Free- Gluten free extract sure.
Hmm. Good call on the vanilla. I’ve never really been aware of the sugar content before. But I’m also now thinking that the vanilla flavoring of the Metabolic Drive itself with the added nutmeg & cinnamon would be close enough for the festive flavoring without going off target.
Non-caloric flavorings are fine.

Adding nutmeg & cinnamon to the vanilla MD shake tastes acceptably like egg nog!
