I take it you’re combing the V-Diet and the Pulse Fast? Keep in mind that there aren’t really any “rules” yet; it’s all a big experiment.
I don’t know where you read the “extra” thing. Wasn’t me, I don’t think. But when you do the Pulse Fast you use Anaconda during training if it’s a lifting day.
The idea of the Pulse Fast is to take advantage of the rebound effect with hard training and good peri-workout nutrition the next day, but you’re not doing a straight Pulse Fast; you’re mixing it with another program. So, it’s a guess. I did not add anything “extra” when I blended these two plans.
The MAG-10 is fine with NEPA.
