My favorite dtore-bought cereal is made of puffed rice and that's in. One ingredient. I use Metabolic Drive Low Carb as "milk" but unsweetened almond milk will work too. You can get this at Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, etc.
Now, I am on Indigo-3G these days which allows me to eat more clean carbs, but this is a fine choice for anyone who wants to build muscle. And you do need carbs for that.
