V-Diet Workouts

I commented in “plowshare’s” ‘alternative v-diet workouts’ but I don’t think he will respond in time for the start of my diet.

My question is: The 10000 Kettlebell swings workout is an ok replacement? Or were you just saying that on the road it is? Can I only do this workout throughout the week or if I do end up having time, should I incorporate some of the lifting workouts even if its once a week?


The 10,000 Swing program by Dan John also includes some basic lifting.

1.  Press (barbell overhead press or one-arm press)
2.  Dip
3.  Goblet Squat
4.  Chin-up

So, yes, this is a fine plan for V-Dieters.
