V-Diet Workouts, Planks?

I’ll be starting the Beginner Workout shortly. I have a basic question which, I should be able to figure out the answer to, but have not. For the plank and side plank exercises, I will be doing 40 reps of each on the appropriate workout day?

No, for the planks you just hold one for as long as possible. I suggest RKC style.
