V-Diet Workout While Not on V-Diet


Hey guys,

I am currently over the suggested weight limit and am looking to lean down so I can start the V-Diet. Would it be possible/recommended to do the V-Diet training program as a kick start? I am an “experienced” lifter but have never had to diet down before…training to get smaller is new to me. Thanks!


What is your height / weight?


This depends. Some folks are what I call “genetic outliers.” They’re usually very tall, very big and muscular males, or very short and petite females. For them the calculator may not work.

Also, there’s a big difference in being 5 pounds over the limit and 80.
